Air Quality Monitoring
Turnkey Systems
CAS designs and manufactures best-in-class ambient air quality monitoring systems. Turnkey systems effectively minimize lead times with a single point of procurement. Projects include design, infrastructure, equipment integration, buildout, installation, and onsite commissioning. Ongoing services are available through CAS.
Multiple Solutions
in One
CAS systems range in scope from multiple sites with unique requirements to a single site with analyzers. With one point of procurement, the design, integration, and manufacturing are aligned to meet and exceed NFPA/NEC requirements in general purpose locations and hazardous area classified locations.

Project: Ozone Monitoring Shelters
A western Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) needed to address rising ground level ozone concentrations in a large metropolitan area. The aim was to keep ozone levels down and avoid potential health risks. Monitoring systems would collect ozone data over a six month period. The data would help mitigate the rising levels.
CAS is known and respected by the EPA and state agencies for building state-of-the-art ambient monitoring shelters and providing top-of-the-line system support.
CAS designed and built six custom air monitoring shelters, each with rack mounted air monitoring systems. Crews delivered and started each system across the metropolitan area. Monthly services were done onsite and weekly checks remotely.
With clear communication and proactive support, challenges were overcome. When an HVAC unit had a manufacturer fault, CAS engaged a specialist to perform checks and repairs on each site. Due to uneven ground shifts over time, CAS personnel adjusted the shelters with jacks and shims.
Data from the six systems was accurate and useful.
