Consolidated Analytical Systems (CAS) is an innovative industry leader for the design, manufacturing, integration and support of monitoring systems for natural gas pipelines and air quality measurement. With in-house design, engineering, manufacturing and integration, we offer fully configured systems built to requirements and ready for onsite installation.

A complete line of industrial and field-deployable gas chromatographs for VOCs and speciated sulfurs is available as well as natural gas impurity measurement, mercaptan identification and odorization systems in fixed and mobile infrastructure.

Our History

  1. 2012

    CAS was founded by engineers and skilled tradesmen to fulfill the need for accurate air quality monitoring systems for USEPA, state and local air monitoring agencies.

  2. 2013

    The company offers the MEDOR® series gas chromatograph and begins designing custom infrastructure for natural gas monitoring with shelters, laboratories, containers and mobile trailers.

  3. 2018

    The company footprint expands with sales representatives selling natural gas turnkey systems and solutions in key regions. Manufacturing space and fabrication capabilities expand.

  4. 2021

    To meet customer demands, CAS moves into 32,000 sq.ft. crane serviced building in Cincinnati, Ohio.

  5. 2025

    CAS expands manufacturing capabilities again by retrofitting a 90,000 sq.ft. facility in Mariemont, Ohio.
